How to write an effective product wish

We want to share a few guidelines on how to use the Product Wishes Topic so that our Product team can effectively use and use your feedback:
Follow the Community Code of Conduct
Constructive feedback and helpful criticism are welcome. Attacking, mean or disrespectful comments about BlueDolphin, its employees, or other community members will not be tolerated. Just let's keep it polite. Of course, it's our standard not to remove comments, but we reserve the right to do so without warning to have a positive community experience for everyone.
If it's a bug, create a ticket.
We created this topic to share ideas about our product. If you're discovered an actual bug, that should go into a ticket so that it can get routed to our Development team.
Search for a similar wish first.
There is a chance that someone else already shared a similar wish as yours. Keeping conversations in existing threads makes them easier for others to find and helps keep the Community organized.

Sharing your wish.
It's great that you want to share your wishes about our product because your opinion is valuable to us. The best wishes are the ones that are described in detail.
Try to answer these questions in your post or comment:
- What is your wish?
The title of the wish should be self-explanatory. A well-worded title may gather more votes from your fellow community members.
- What is the problem you encounter?
Provide as much context as possible. In what situation do you have the problem, how often does this happen, how many users have this problem, etc.
- Why do you want this wish?
- Do you have a workaround? And if so, what is it?
- How would you ideally solve the problem?
- How big is the problem on a scale from 1 to 5?
(1 = it would be nice, but definitely not necessary,
5 = I can't work another day without it).
It's much easier for us to address a wish if we clearly understand the context and why it matters to you.
Last but not least, make sure to submit your wish in English, so all the members of this community get involved.
How we respond.
We may comment by asking additional questions to further clarify your wish. Once the wish is clear, we will share whether your wish is already planned on our roadmap or not.
In general, we do not share specific timelines. Any timelines we do share are not guaranteed and can be changed without notice.
