[OData] Expand OData feed to include additional data sources

Currently the OData feed only provides access to data about objects, relations and history. It would be helpful to also have access to other sources, similar to the way TIBCO Jaspersoft/the built-in reporting tool has. Information that might be interesting to include in the ODATA feed are things like Views, BPMN_topics, Users and Roles, and Datasources.
What is your wish?
I wish to use the OData feed to access more data than is currently available.
What is the problem you encounter?
I want to create reports outside of BlueDolphin containing details about views/BPMN-topics and users/roles, but this information is unavailable.
Why do you want this wish?
- Due to errors during report exports in the built-in reporting tool.
- The roundabout way of accessing the built-in reports through the API.
- To be less dependent on the built-in reporting tool.
The OData feed is already there, why not expand its scope.
This way further integration with external reporting tools can be improved.
Examples include Excel and Power BI, but given the nature of OData the exact reporting tool is hardly relevant.
Do you have a workaround? And if so, what is it?
- Create a Jasper report
- Export the results (either manual or through API)
- If the export succeeds: Import the result into other tool
- Duplicate the Jasper report in the other tool
- Go through the Export/Import-rigmarole every time up-to-date data is required.
How would you ideally solve the problem?
Obviously instant access to this data is much preferable over exporting and importing reports all the time. To me the OData-feed appears to be a suitable mechanism.
How big is the problem on a scale from 1 to 5?

We are currently working on a new analytics tool to replace Jaspersoft and additional data sources can be made available then. It is on our roadmap.
