What is your wish?
Fix the issues with extensions in Chrome.
Note: this problem seems to have increased, because the issue below did work before...
What is the problem you encounter?
Even if I have a simple extension, like a search engine (Ecosia), BlueDolphin will fail.
See pictures below: if I create a new (BPMN) view, the view will not open, only after a refresh it will open. If I remove the extension, the view opens normally.
Why do you want this wish?
I want to be able to work normally with BlueDolphin and use normal extensions! My users are getting very confused.
Do you have a workaround? And if so, what is it?
Switch off extensions
How would you ideally solve the problem?
Well, that's for the HTML / Chrome techies.
How big is the problem on a scale from 1 to 5?
- Create a new BPMN view
- Select type
- Select process
- Result with extension in Chrome - endless loop
- Result after refresh
- Result in Edge
- Result in Chrome without any extensions

Thank you for the feedback.
BlueDolphin does not support browser extensions because we cannot predict their behavior and interaction with the code. It is also impossible to have full test coverage for these.
We recommend that browser extensions should be managed such that these interact with site data only when the user clicks on them.
