Ability to easily open help / instructions
What is the problem you encounter?
Currently you need another account, login and find information. Often it is missing or hard to find.
Why do you want this wish?
New users should be able to quickly access help information. Such as getting started, specific quick keys, BPMN explanation, and instructions for tasks as "I want to....". Without logging in/need for extra account!
Do you have a workaround? And if so, what is it?
No, or favorites in browser to specific pages.
How would you ideally solve the problem?
A better Help functionality, well maintained, task based, persona based (experienced vs beginner, BPMN vs Archimate) and integrated in the tool

Solving this issue is on our roadmap. We are working on an automated onboarding solution as well as a BlueDolphin Academy that will solve this issue.
