The Data Collector Tooling is very hard to install on a workstation, and not easy to operate.

I should expect a decent import-tool within BlueDolphin itself which will make it more powerfull and easy to use for application managers wihtin your customer's organization.

  Hi Wim van Son, 

  As an update to your wish: we are releasing our public API in Q2, which will make import/export much easier. 
  Next to that, we have an out-of-the-box connector for CSV and Excell import/export on our backlog for 2024. 

  Let us know if you have any questions or concerns until that time.

  This would greatly improve the adoptation of the tool
