When you have created a view that you want to be visible to all BlueDolphin users in your tenant, you can publish this view. Publishing a view creates a non-editable copy of the original.
Other users can then see the published view via the menu options Views > Open view > Published.
Because the published view is a copy of the original, you can further edit the original view without other users being able to see later edits in the published view.
The changes will only become visible if you republish the original view.
Tip: Republishing a view can overwrite a published view that you created earlier.
To publish a view, open a view and select Publish from the three-dot menu in the toolbar.
Note: Publish option is available only in the edit mode.
In the next screen you can choose to either overwrite a previously published view (that you own) keeping its name and URL, or create a new published view.
When you choose to overwrite a previously published view, select that view from the list of published views that you own.
When you choose to create a new published view, you must give the view a name for publication. This will be the view name visible to other users in the Published section in the Open view dialog.
The text box shows the title of the original view as a hint, but you still need to type a title for the published view.
You can delete a published view just as you do with other views. Open the published view and choose Delete via the More options button.
