To configure Single Sign-On (SSO) with Office 365, please follow the steps below using an Office 365 admin account:
1. Launch the Office 365 website.
2. Go to Admin.
3. Open Admin centers > Azure Active Directory.
4. Open App registrations.
5. Click New registration.
6. Insert the details for your new application.
For Redirect URI (optional), replace SITENAME with the name of your BlueDolphin tenant.
7. Click Register.
8. Click Redirect URIs.
9. Add the following Reply URLs:
For EU tenants:
- https://login.microsoftonline.com/te/bluedolphin01.onmicrosoft.com/oauth2/authresp
- https://bluedolphin01.b2clogin.com/bluedolphin01.onmicrosoft.com/oauth2/authresp
For US-located tenants:
- https://bluedolphinprdus.b2clogin.com/bluedolphinprdus.onmicrosoft.com/oauth2/authresp
- https://login.microsoftonline.com/te/bluedolphinprdus.onmicrosoft.com/oauth2/authresp
10. Check ID tokens.
11. Click Save.
12. Go to Overview and look up the Application (client) ID for the App Registration.
13. Determine your OpenID federation metadata URL. It should have the following structure:
- https://login.microsoftonline.com/your-AD-tenant-domain/.well-known/openid-configuration.
- You can test this URL by opening it in your browser. The page should display the OpenID metadata.
14. Copy this Application ID.
15. To finalize the configuration process, send the following information to the BlueDolphin support team:
- Application ID
- Federation metadata URL
- Your BlueDolphin site URL
- Domain name
- Logo in .png format
