If you use Single Sign On, then you need to contact the IT helpdesk of your own organisation. Once they have fixed your account, you will be able to login to BlueDolphin again.
If you dont use Single Sign On, then you have an account in BlueDolphin's private Active Directory. To reset its password, you need to contact the BlueDolphin administrator. They will be able to reset the password on your BlueDolphin account. You will automatically receive a new password and be required to change it the first time you logon to the system.
